We are long time gardeners who have a CSA outside of Waterville, Ohio. We use all organic
practices and love growing a large variety of vegetables. This is fifth year as CSA growers!
We offer a 20 week Standard Share for $540 and a 25 week Standard Share for $675. We also
offer a 20 week Half Share for $270 and a 25 week Half Share for $337.50. Our season lasts
from late May or early June into fall. Depending on your vegetable eating habits, the Standard
Share is enough for 2-4 people for a week. In general, we averaged 9lbs and 13 different varieties
of vegetables per week. Keep in mind tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and squash are hefty! Our
pickups are at the Farm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30 to 6.
To give you an idea of the vegetables we grow...many varieties of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers,
radishes, turnips, kohlrabi, broccoli, brussell sprouts, onions, cabbage, potatoes, peppers, fennel,
eggplant, zucchini, kale, chard, mustard, bok choi, parsnips, squash, rutabega, garlic, shallots,
arugula, sweet corn, sweet potatoes, okra and lots of fresh herbs to name a few. Also, we grow
many different varieties of these veggies, so while we hand out the more traditional veggies, we
like to hand out non-traditional ones as well. We put out a weekly newsletter listing what is in
your share for the week, how to store the veggies and a few recipes that you might enjoy!
